AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES: We agree to abide by the provisions set forth in the agreement including without limitation the Exhibitor/Sponsor Rules and Regulations, and agree to abide by them and additional rules deemed necessary by the Texas Association of Hostage Negotiators (TAHN).  The person signing on behalf of the Exhibitor, represents and warrants to the Texas Association of Hostage Negotiators (TAHN) that he or she has full authority to register.  However, in the event he or she is not so authorized, he or she will be personally liable for the faithful performance of this agreement.  Exhibitor/Sponsor Representative agrees to hold both TAHN and Dallas/ Fort Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle, harmless from any liability, loss or claim, during the 2025 TAHN Training Conference.(Required)

Description

  1. Recognition given of Platinum Exhibitor on a time designated by TASRO to speak at the Conference, and, if applicable, during event sponsored.  If an exhibitor chooses to sponsor an item needed at the conference, their name and logo will be placed upon the product acknowledging company.
  2. Presentation time (2-4 min) slotted during the day to showcase the Exhibitor’s product to attendees.
  3. Company Logo will be presented digitally during the first day and throughout the week during breaks.
  4.  Recognition at start of conference by TAHN Official.
  5. Vendor Booth Sunday through Wednesday in the designated Vendor Area.
  6. Recognition and Exhibitor one page brochure placed in conference packets.
  7. Recognition, Exhibitor Logo and Link placed on TAHN website.
  8. Recognition and Exhibitor Logo placed in our quarterly TAHN Newsletter.
