This advanced crisis negotiations class is designed for both new and veteran team leaders.  It will equip participants with critical skills for effective crisis team management.  The class delves into essential areas such as Team Selection and Training, ensuring leaders can build and maintain a cohesive and responsive team. Furthermore, the curriculum covers the diverse duties of a Team Leader, including strategic planning, communication tactics, and decision making under pressure.  This course is a valuable resource for anyone looking to elevate their crisis negotiation leadership skills.

This class is FREE for TAHN Members.  For Non-members the FEE is $60.00.
