DESCRIPTION:This will be an intense 40 hour class which will included: refresher on Active Listening Skills\, Negotiating with the Mentally Ill\, Case Law – Understanding your Liability\, Artificial Intelligence\, Use of shields in Face-to-Face Negotiations\, Rope work for high elevation negotiations\, negotiations and classroom exercises daily\, and a 16 hour negotiation training day.  This class will be challenging and the class will be limited to 18 students.
