First Responder Negotiations (8-Hours)

This 8-hour course is designed as a basic skills refresher for negotiators and an introduction for all law enforcement first responders, including patrol officer, traffic officers and dispatchers. The course reviews various objectives regarding negotiations during law enforcement critical situations. The course involves classroom training as well as live scenarious in which students will be evaluated by trained negotiators.
